| SHIPPING: |
Out of stock items are shipped as soon as available,
unless otherwise requested. We will let you know by
E-mail if items are not immediately available. There is
no charge to your account until item is available for shipping. We
have two separate shipping
services. One is marked "Natures Workshop" and the other "A1A". Both are
from Natures Workshop, but shipped from different locations.

| MINIMUM ORDER: |
Minimum order is $9.95, except "A1A"
products which have no minimum. Please note
minimum order on individual

| RETURNS: |
If
you are dissatisfied with a product ( except items marked "No Returns" ) you
must notify us by E-mail within three days of receipt that you intend to
return the item. You may return the item within 15 days of purchase.
Items must be in new condition, resalable and undamaged. This offer
excludes special or large orders agreed on by buyer and Natures Workshop.
There is no restocking fee. Customer agrees to pay all freight/ shipping
charges. We will credit your account upon receipt of returned item. |
| CLAIMS: |
All claims for
defective, damaged or shorted merchandise must be made to us within 3 days
of receipt of your order. Merchandise should be kept in the original box
with its packaging (as you received it ) for possible inspection by delivery
carrier. Natures Workshop will not accept responsibility for defects,
damages or shortages if these procedures are not followed. We will confirm
receipt of claim by E-mail. |

All prices quoted
and payments made to us are in US ($) dollars. All prices are
plus shipping and handling. |
| TERMS: |
We accept payments through Pay
Pal, which include:
Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express.
You do not have to open a Pay Pal account.
If you want to create a Pay Pal account all you have to
do is save the personal information, choose a
password and answer a few security questions.
